Shri Chandradeo Mahato is a leader of people's movements who enjoys the trust and affection of the people and being pursuant of the causes of daily wage earners and workers for their rights of employment and education, therefore he also face persecution by the forces opposed to the interests of the masses.

The cases against Chandradeo Mahato are because of his antecedents as leader of people’s movements, and not criminal antecedents. We can see many leaders who are loved and trusted by the people have been implicated under false cases.
